i have many problems with my suspension, because my eight is 98 kg, and a dont no how to adjust the suspension…so i hope you to help me.

You can stiffen the forks and shock by turning up the dampening adjustments. Turn the fork and shock adjustments clockwise.
However, being 98k you are a little heavy for the springs in the forks and shock so you probably won’t get great performance unless you have the suspension resprung and revalved.

I recently purchased a 2001 XR650R and am interested in lowering the suspension…Is there an after market lowering kit available? The suspension works very good but the seat height is a problem with my short legs..

I personally havnt used this product but a quick google search puts this at the top of the list http://performance-design.net/performance_design_suspension.htm (xr650r lowering kit). I hope your ok with me posting a link Evan? This kit looks like its designed more for road riding..
